Job description

In this job you will provide specialist ecological and pest planning input and support to a range of sustainable natural resource management projects as well as be involved in researching and development of external funding opportunities, collaborative arrangements, and support for the delivery of ecology and pest education and awareness activities across the Basin.

Required qualification/experience

To undertake this role you will need formal qualification in a relevant natural resources management discipline, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment if possible and demonstrated relevant experience in planning, managing and delivering projects related to the following fields: nature conservation, vegetation management, integrated pest management, landscape ecology, ecological economics, as well as the delivery of participatory action learning activities in a rural setting.
